InviteFlick is operated by Nohaya, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What stays on your device

The names, dates, venues, messages, photos and music you add to a template are used only in your browser to draw the preview and render your video. They are not uploaded to our servers. Your last-used text is remembered in your browser's local storage so you can come back to it; you can clear it any time from your browser settings.

What we collect

• Account: when you sign in, your email address and an account ID from Google Firebase Authentication (and your name and profile photo if you use Google sign-in).
• Subscription: your plan, its status and renewal dates, received from Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; Razorpay handles them.
• Usage: a record of each export (which template, which format, and when), used to enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
• Technical: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.

Who we share it with

Only the providers that run the service: Google (Firebase sign-in), Razorpay (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting and data storage). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Account and subscription records are kept while your account is active and for up to 8 years after the last payment where tax and accounting law requires. Export records are kept for up to 12 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your account data by writing to shiftmindresume@gmail.com. Deleting your account ends any subscription access.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 18. Subscriptions must be bought by an adult.
