Terms of Service

InviteFlick is operated by Nohaya, Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India ("we", "us"). By using inviteflick.pages.dev ("the service") you agree to these terms.

1. The service

InviteFlick lets you customize animated invitation video templates in your browser and download them as MP4 files. Previews are free. Downloading videos requires an active subscription.

2. Your account

You sign in with Google or an emailed sign-in link. Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for activity on it. One subscription is for one person or business; do not share your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: Monthly ₹199 and Yearly ₹1,199, GST included. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time by writing to shiftmindresume@gmail.com or from the Razorpay mandate in your UPI or bank app; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry; downloads stop if the subscription is halted.
• We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.
• Refunds are covered by the refund policy.

4. What you may do with your videos

Videos you export with an active subscription may be used for your own invitations and events: shared on WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms, printed or played at the event. You may make videos for your clients if you are an event planner or studio.

5. What you may not do

• Extract, download, copy or resell the templates, artwork, music, code or other assets apart from the videos you export.
• Get around the subscription, export limits or watermarks, or use automated tools to access the service.
• Use the service for unlawful, hateful, misleading or infringing content, or upload photos you have no right to use.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refund.

6. Ownership

The templates, artwork, music, design and code are owned by Nohaya or its licensors. Text and photos you add remain yours; you are responsible for them.

7. Your content and privacy

Videos are rendered on your own device; the names, text and photos you type are not uploaded to us. See the privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". It needs a recent Chrome or Edge browser, and we do not guarantee it will work on every device. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
